We aim to get the seat posts out to the post office within a month of order
The post may take 14 days in house (Australia) and additional time if you live abroad, will keep you informed if any of that changes
QSD uses suction and pressure and can definitely make the process cleaner and more efficient. You don't have to worry about spilling oil or accidentally introducing air into the system—two common issues when dealing with suspension maintenance manually.
Here's a breakdown of what makes it work well:
Suction Mechanism: This helps pull the fluid out without needing to tilt or flip the fork. That means no mess or oil dripping all over the garage floor, which is a common hassle with traditional methods.
Pressure System: By using pressure to force fluid back into the fork, it ensures a smoother and more controlled fill, avoiding overfills or air pockets.
Tubes and Seals: These help direct the oil precisely where you want it, minimizing the chance of errors, contamination, or air bubbles.
If it's working well, that suction-pressure system should make your fork maintenance much easier and more precise. Is it something you're using regularly, or just trying out for the first time?
And what is really amazing about all of it is that you can do it! You can service your bike forks without having to go through a mechanic, so if you’re on with a proper ride, an event or just a little holiday - this is one of the things that would make or break your ride.
